負責紙尿褲相關的研發工作，具有良好的技術分析和新品開發能力；按照研發計劃組織實施產品的開發及產品測試工作，調整研發進度。在規定的時間內完成項目性的研發工作，并進行工藝落實及生產跟進；

2 任職資格(Job Requirement)：
1、30周歲以上，性別不限，化學或相關專業本科上學歷 ；
(30 years older ,male or female ,chemistry major or rated in Bachelor or above)
2、具備相關知識技能產品檢驗、微生物檢測、質量管理等方面基礎知識；
(having the ability of product inspection、microbial inspection and quality management knowledge)
3、在國內紙尿褲企業擔任同等職位滿3年以上，具有紙尿褲研發和生產經驗；
(at last 3 years correlative working experience ,and having the experience in baby diaper development and producing)
4、熟悉紙尿褲產品開發，生產工藝流程、工藝控制、品質控制等流程及原料性質、性能；
(be familiar with the operating baby diaper and production process flow、controlling the manufacturing and the performance of the materials,)
5、了解掌握本行業技術發展的最新動態
(be learn of the new information about the developing in the same industry)
6、具備良好的溝通協調能力、學習能力、分析判斷能力和執行能力；
(have the good ability on communication、learning、analytical skill and executive ability )
7、良好的敬業精神和職業操守、熟練操作各種辦公軟件；
(good work ethic and do well with various office software)
8、 外語要求：英語或日語熟悉(familiar with English or Japanese)
